Mr. Vyapak Desai serves as Co Chair of the SCL Mumbai, guiding chapter strategy and programming for construction law, arbitration, and dispute resolution in the region. He was the Partner leading the International Dispute Resolution & Investigation practice at Nishith Desai Associates in Mumbai, with extensive experience in arbitration, cross border litigation, and infrastructure sector disputes. Mr. Raj Panchmatia serves as the Secretary of the Society of Construction Law – Mumbai, where he plays a key role in coordinating the chapter’s strategic initiatives and academic programmes. He is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution practice at Khaitan & Co, Mumbai, with extensive experience in international and domestic arbitration, commercial litigation, and infrastructure-related disputes.

Prof. Venkatraghavan Ramadurai serves as Steering Committee member of the SCL-Mumbai and actively contributes to the initiatives of SCL-Mumbai. Prof. Venkat is Program Chair Masters in Construction Law and Arbitration and Professor of Practice - Law at Manipal Academy of Higher Education’s Manipal Law School.
