Ratan K. Singh is a Senior Advocate based in New Delhi and is also an International Member of Keating Chambers, London. He is also Honorary Professor of Law at Manipal Law School. Mr. Singh is Founder and Chairman of India branch of Society of Construction Law–UK and Director of India branch of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators–UK. Mr. Singh is also empanelled as an Arbitrator on the panel of Singapore International Arbitration Center (SIAC), Asian Institute of Alternate Dispute Resolution, Kuala Lumpur, Delhi International Arbitration Center (DIAC) as well as Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA) etc. Mr. Singh is a renowned Practitioner in the field of Construction Law and Arbitration in India and abroad.

Mr. Raj Panchmatia serves as the Secretary of the Society of Construction Law – Mumbai, where he plays a key role in coordinating the chapter’s strategic initiatives and academic programmes. He is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution practice at Khaitan & Co, Mumbai, with extensive experience in international and domestic arbitration, commercial litigation, and infrastructure-related disputes.
