Construction Law club

Construction Law Club is an intiative of SCL-Mumbai. The Construction Law Club intends to have periodic on-the-way-back-home meeting preferably on Friday whereby construction law professionals get together to discuss the contemporary contentious issues regarding construction law and arbitration. The Construction Law club meeting takes place at the conference rooms / auditorium of leading law firms, arbitral institutions and academic institutions. The participants are lawyers, arbitrators, Engineers, Experts. It provides one-to-one networking opportunities and breeds bonhomie amongst construction law practitioners. The Construction Law Club took inspiration from global SCL chapters including UK, Middle East where such after-office meetings take place to discuss the latest topic. The number of participants is usually 25-30. The first Construction Law Club meeting is scheduled to take place on 27 November 2025 at Khaitan & Co. Mumbai.
