Mr. Raj Panchmatia serves as the Secretary of the Society of Construction Law – Mumbai, where he plays a key role in coordinating the chapter’s strategic initiatives and academic programmes. He is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution practice at Khaitan & Co., Mumbai, with extensive experience in international and domestic arbitration, commercial litigation, and infrastructure-related disputes.
